Dear Tom,
A little note to praise your employees for a job well done. David Binder made it easy to remodel my bathroom. (I'm glad you had a wide bathtub) David Reed, Everett, and their fellow workers deserve high prase, too. David made sure we communicated well. Everyone did a wonderful job and my house was so clean I couldn't tell they had been here! I'm enjoying all the improvements. Sincerely, Gail Sanner |

Dear Brad: I want to take this opportunity to express Sara's and my thanks and gratitude to everyone at J. J. Swartz for the outstanding remodeling job executed on our home in Arthur. The home is beautiful, the J. J. Swartz design and execution exceeded our most optimistic expectations. We are especially thrilled with the outstanding design details which are reflected in the finished product. Special thanks and our deep appreciation must go to Charles Nidiffer who did a remarkable job of designing the remodel. He listened to us and either implemented our ideas, or when necessary and appropriate, gave us solid "constructive advice". Most of all Charles stayed on top of the project and kept me informed of all the stages of the project. We especially appreciate his willingness to meet us on Saturdays at the site to review the progress of the work. |

Dear Sir, We just wanted to thank you for the job "well done" in our home. It has been a devastating eight weeks but the finished product is well worth the wait and expectation. Your guys were terrific... Charles did such a good job coordinating this daunting task... JT and Erwin are the hardest working guys... moving our "stuff" from one place to another, three times in many cases, and did it with courtesy for our feeling and possessions, and made things as easy as they possibly could. Dan Held did a fantastic job on the ceramic floor and of all the positive comments, the floor stands out as the best... he was remarkable. John, the forman was terrific in working so hard towards our deadline and having Merry Maids come in and help us clean. That meant so much to me. The carpet is beautiful but I still have some concern for the family room floor and the way the carpet was laid, not only in the seam but the slight slant if the pattern. We will watch it for a while and let you know. I have a good friend who is into interior decorating and I will ask her opinion.
